MAIN CHARACTERISTICS:
Exclusive designs to camperize the best-selling micro-van.
Lightweight and easy to transport, store, and assemble or disassemble. It is assembled in less than 2 minutes, and allows to take advantage of a good part of the trunk, even with the mattresses of the bed.
It does not affect the vehicle chassis.
For the new 2023+ Tourneo Courier and Transit Courier, it is not compatible; for this van we have the MiniVAN kit.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Materials:
- The base material is 12mm birch wood board (Marine board), coated with brown resin, non-slip on the upper side, and smooth on the bottom.
- Rounded and sealed edges in the boot area, and with adhesive felt in areas in contact with the bodywork
preparation:
- The parts are already sized for the Courier, be it the Ford Transit Courier or the Tourneo Courier (you must indicate the model when ordering).
Assembly and disassembly:
- The assembly is very simple and does not affect the chassis of the vehicle.
- Camperized Pack Weight: 32 kg.
- Dimensions Bed in van: 184 x 131 cm.
MATTRESS:
Mattress 183 x 128 x 6 cm. High density foam 30Kg / m3. Canvas fabric cover, with zippers for cleaning the covers. 4 foams, 2 of them plagued like a book.

P.S.: The narrow mattress piece at the end should be in the middle, not at the end, so it fits perfectly. I only realized that after taking the photo.
